French bronze 12-pounce mortar.
A fine exhibition standard 1:15 scale in brass, wood and iron. A massive looking but exquisitely crafted exhibition model with gunner's linstock matchholder, a realistic brazier, levers, mallet, a black powder-filled bombs and a selection of instruments. Based on a Mantua kit, this model has been modified to match a more historically accurate representation of a late XVII centurysiege mortar.
